The Zone BBS is looking for a few good people to fill the position of
Community Leader.
Community Leaders will help with much of the day-to-day operation of
the website. Applicants will share the admin staff's vision of freedom
of expression while working to maintaining an environment that is fun
for as many members as possible.
Our hope is to bring in a few community leaders, so the responsibilites
can be shared among several people. Responsibilities include:
Moderation of forums and graffiti (making sure posts are in the right
forum, deleting duplicate posts, etc).
Being a mentor to new members and helping them to understand the
website, voice chat, audio profiles, and other features.
Submitting new game material such as anagrams as needed.
Help test new features before they are made available to the site.
Participate on a staff-only Email list to discuss new ideas and site
issues.
Communicate with admins and members to determine the most popular ideas
for new features and site improvements.
Community leaders will be recognized as such on the site and receive
free premium membership when it is available. Other insentives may
also be available in the future.

note to admin #1. Our hope is to find a few people who love this site
and can help us run the day-to-day operations so that we may
concentrate on the behind-the-scenes programming to bring more exciting
new features to the site.
